See how PerkQi handles real merchant goals
Each example shows the goal, the rules you set in Studio, what the shopper sees, how Engage personalizes it, and what Guard checks. These are illustrative examples, not reported customer results.
Three shoppers, the same offers, three different experiences
A fashion store has three live offers, and the merchant has made all three available to every returning customer. Without personalization, every shopper would see the same list in the same order. Engage leads with the offer each shopper is most likely to act on, and words it for them.
The model learns from each store’s own past purchases, activity and current session.
- Each offer is pre-checked before it is shown
- The final cart gets a full check before checkout
- Stacking and margin rules apply whatever order the offers were shown in
Clear winter stock without breaking margin
Coats need to move in two weeks. A store-wide sale would give money away to people who would buy anyway, and cut margin on low-margin lines.
On the coat’s product page, the shopper sees their own price and offer details. In the cart, a short message reminds them of the reward.
- Cart margin stays above the 20% floor
- Stacking follows the rules set for this offer
- Budget and per-customer limit, in real time
Turn skincare buyers into full-routine customers
Loyal skincare customers often buy one product and skip the rest of the routine. A general discount would also reward people who already buy everything.
The nudge appears as soon as the cleanser is in the cart. The reward applies once the serum is added.
- The gift is counted at its cost, not its retail price
- Cart margin stays above the floor
- Per-customer limit and budget
Grow basket value without blanket discounts
A shopper adds a $70 dress to the cart. A matching bag would suit it. A site-wide “15% off everything” would also discount the dress for no reason.
The bag gets 20% off and nothing more. Other offers can still apply — a cart-level offer can apply to the rest of the cart, without the bag’s value.
- The discount applies to the bag only
- The exclusive clearance offer is never stacked
- The whole cart stays above your margin floor
Fill slow mornings with your regulars
Tuesdays and Thursdays are quiet. The owner wants to reward loyal morning customers who live nearby with something they enjoy — not cut the coffee price.
Ten conditions, set up without a developer.
- Daily and weekly limits, in real time — not at the end of the day
- Total redemptions and end date
- Total cost within the budget
